• Free quotes and consultations (subject to availability)

• Home visits to present carpet samples and measure spaces

3. Booking and Quotes

You can request a quote via our online forms. Quotes are non-binding until confirmed. We reserve the right to revise quotes if the details provided are incorrect or change.

4. Payments

Payment is required upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed. We accept standard UK payment methods (to be specified when booking).

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee to cover travel or preparation costs.

6. Service Guarantee

We aim to deliver quality workmanship at a fair price. If you’re unhappy with the service provided, contact us within 7 days of completion so we can resolve any issues.

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supply chain issues or access limitations at your property. We also cannot guarantee the durability of carpets where care instructions are not followed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
